William "Pat" Schuber, former Bergen County Executive, is the Bergen LEADS Seminar Director. Pat's extensive, behind-the-scenes knowledge of the political landscape provides a fascinating backdrop to every seminar. He knows a lot about a lot of things, especially leadership.
